Thanks all for responses. Apologies accepted swdchile but yes, I should say where I am : It's Santiago. What I am looking for is the name of a butcher, one that has been used by one of you and you trust.

I'm glad no hurt feelings. I've been pushing for people to update their profile in the User Control Panel so we know where they're located for general purposes. The more open of us even add where we came from originally. Thanks for updating your profile :D
