My sister in law has a Chilean university degree in PhyEd. She is a very good trainer, lives in Con-Con, a fairly well-to-do city just north of Vina - and has not worked in her industry in decades, because the pay is paltry, even by Chilean standards. Per her comments, the only possible way to make money is to own the gym. I can put you in touch with her, if your Spanish is up to it, I think her profession, location and experience would be quite relevant to you.
