$5000 for a resume? and people undercut you? I can't even imagine what they're getting in return. I charge way more than that, but then, unless I get paid well I'll often pass. I hope you can find one of those in-house positions that people talk about!

I work as a FT Spanish/Chinese/English translator and don't get paid too badly. I do freelance and get paid for it too, sometimes paid well. Do you speak Chinese? How good is your Spanish? Please send me a PM. I get jobs I do not have the time to do from time to time.
