The term is "pigtail"
Sealant Pigtails - pigtails are short beads of sealant which are applied to the panel edge to serve as a bridge between the sealant within the panel's tongue & groove joint and the perimeter flashing sealant on the surface of the panel. Pigtails are also used as a bridge between the perimeter flashing sealants and the flashing splice sealants.
I'm reluctant to use "trenzas", and considering just sticking with the English term and letting the explanation do the explaining (that's what they're there for, isn't it?)
?
If there exists a specific term in Spanish, I'd prefer using it.
Any ideas?
Also,
All suggestions, comments, complaints, bad reactions, cries of disgust etc. about the above translation are more than welcome
