I'm counting on it. In every society there is room for someone to spot a need and fill it. For instance, take the HDPE, google "Plastic Lumber" or go to http://plasticlumber.com/

There are enough people that absolutely called this guy a fool, but who's laughing now at the 7 figure income?

I wonder whether fat free tastes better? Honestly, I never felt any funny flavour, so probably I have poor taste :)
On the other hand, I did run into undrinkable (if there is such word) milk at some stores, those that come in the gallon or half-of-a gallon HDPE format.

So, if Gringo Pillo reveals where his source is located maybe you'd have access to decent milk :) good luck

P.S. my problem in Chile is with yoghurt, could not find a single brand that does not have gelatin in it

Neighbour had 2 cows. Farmers with a blot of land. They were really nice people even though the yard was a bit of a mess even according to chilean standards. Had a problem with flies ans smell once because there horse go run over and they decided to bucher it and dry the meat the same way other people dry laundry in the sun.

Rocksana how are you getting used to the fact that the next time the night will be dark is 4 months from now?

Hahaha, you almost started a milk war here in the forum, maybe the 'M' word was not necessary on the subject line :D.

Sent you a PM with some thoughts on HDPE

:( poor horse, so you mean they made 'charqui' right by your backyard?
I am vegetarian but I thought that charqui is meant to be sundried, and yuk I can imagine the smell

Many patagonian estancias have a place where they hang the carcass of a horse or cow (or occasionally a guanaco, in Tierra del Fuego) to dry, and then over time carve out pieces of it to feed the dogs.
