My goal is to pay my USA bills from Santiago. Right now I use Bank of America's Bill Pay. My husband's new job in Chile will pay in pesos and from there I need to convert to USD and EFT to my account so I can continue to use Bill Pay. Has anyone used this service?

Yes. No problems (except for this: http://www.allchile.net/chileforum/post57948.html). Transfers have been processed quickly, though there are some hoops to jump through to set it up. The difference between the rate shown on xe.com and what they actually give me is about 1.6% in the past year or two (used to be nearer 1.5%).
