I would humbly suggest that it would be much easier to trade in the Chilean wife for a Chinese one and start the business in China. Luxury brands are doing very well with the elites there. Even if the Chinese nuveau riche are a small percentage, 2 percent of a billion is more than the whole population of Chile. Heck one of them bought a dog for a million or so. That's more than the 900k they spend on a run down crack house in Vancouver.
