I've heard that architecture studies here are world class.
Forget about studying science in Chile....
My dad's brother is an architect. He graduated back in the 70's. Architecture in Chile today is a one way ticket to the uneployment line. In 2006 there were .6 architects for every 1000 people. In 2010 it was 1.5 . there are just too many private university degree mills pumping them out. The US has one architecture school for every 2.4 million people. 125 roughly. Chile has one for every 360,000. My cousin studied interior design in Chile. SHe has never been able to find steady employment in this field. Like all things having to do with universities, I would stick to the tried and tested ones. Too many new ones just out to make a buck pumping out unemployed grads.
