Scotiabank (related to Banco de Dessarolo)

And these banks [supposedly] don't:

Banco Estado {CIRRUS only} as of 10/11/2010
Banco Security as of 12/28/2010

Please take the time to either confirm the correctness of the list above, or note any errors. Please report your most recent "fee-less" withdrawal experience(s) in Chile. Please indicate as much info regarding the card as you are comfortable with (i.e. if it was linked to a VISA/PLUS, or a CIRRUS/MASTERCARD network), and if it is an internationally issued card.

There's already a whole thread on this very topic with more definitive and accurate info. Why are you creating this one?

Yea, I am going to second that motion, sustain it, and then veto this thread all together.
