I saw an ad in the mercurio today from SII advising of a new very simplified system of accounting that´s free on their website that apparently is designed for the small businesses ( PYMES) and is easy to follow. It´s called Mipyme. The ad says :

It´s online and free; makes proposed tax declarations for you; avoids the need to get your accounting books stamped by SII, and allows the integration of the electronic invoice Mipyme.

Maybe could be worth looking at as it could possibly save you a lot of heartache, time and cash.

That has been there for years. In fact, in certain fields, say IT technology, you are required to do your filing online through their site.
