You could look at the online adverts just as they do in the civilised countries

Thanks for all the replies!!
Well i need a office about 80m2
its for 2 people.
Color inside white?
I dont need car space.
As im new to santiago can someone suggest a good place to have a office?
I have been looking BUT the problem is i dont know what is a good area to put a office in and what is a bad area.
Most agents that show me things here say there areas are good but i am not sure.
I was wondering where most expats have there offices?
I thank everyone for there time thankyou.
kind regards

Go to flannerys pub and work your way outwards until you find something in your price range if you want to be close to other expat companies... happens to be close to the world trade centre...

providencia and las condes is the area...

i wouldnt go any further down town than manual montt, and i wouldnt go more than 10 blocks off providencia/apoquindo... and no more up town than say manquehue... maybe even esc militar...

We have a office in pedro de valdiva in a reasonably price building on the 17th floor, just a bit smaller than what you said, but its for 2 people with room for a secretary if need be, not sure on the name but ill post tomorrow if i remember

hope this helps

I guess the area would depend what department of work you are in, but I would advise downtownish because that is the heart of the business district here in Santiago.

Depends on the type of business, as others have indicated. Some neighborhoods/sectors of the metro area are more suitable for certain businesses than others. To put a business office in a neighborhood where it doesn't belong might keep some potential customers away. Or it might give your office the wrong kind of attention. That's why it's important to tell us what your planned business is, if you want help in that sort of planning and selection.
