Curiously, Melipilla and Talagante are well known as "supernatural" locations. Places where rumous of witchcraft has gone on during centuries. Even from pre-Hispanic times, those legends are common.

Now, the very names Melipilla and Talagante are quite interesting. Melipilla means Four Pillans (powerful spirits), and Talagante means the lace of the wizard, both names in Mapudungun (Mapuche) and pre-Hispanic in origin.
