HOUSEMATE WANTED - PROVIDENCIA (Pedro de Valdivia Norte)

I am offering a furnished double loft bedroom of 2 floors (queen sized bed, bed linen, shelves, rugs, wardrobe, bedside lamps, curtains and heater) in a large, attractive colonial style house in Providencia. The house is very well located in a quiet residential neighbourhood and has a big garden. It is only 5 mins walk from Parque Metropolitana and the Pedro de Valdivia metro station. There is also excellent bus access and it is a good area for cycling. All shops and services are close by. The room has its own bathroom and there is shared access to the garden, BBQ, lounge, dining room, kitchen and all equipment, washing machine and tumble drier. There is a VTR telephone, DVD/CD player, Wi-Fi and cable TV. Someone comes to clean the house and do the washing and ironing. The room is available at the end of January 2011.
