It's mostly apartments, some good sized 250-300m ones but less houses.

We don't mind if it's an apartment or house.

Was just told where the client has their offices, Avenida del Valle. I checked the map and it seems to be a huge corporate park just north of what seems to be a mountain. It's right next to Recoleta, I think. Las Condes is looking better and better. Now we have to figure out public transport.
