My friend and me have been talking about temporary guardianship of each other's children in the event that something ever happened to us. Neither of us came over to Chile with a company and all our relatives are back home in our respective countries. What we want to do is get something written up and notarised to confirm that we will be temporary guardians of each others children until our family can come to Chile to collect them. Would this be enough or would we have to get something written up by a lawyer?
