My girlfriend wants to sell her 2 bedrooms apartment in the corner of Eduardo de la Barra and Antonio Varas in Providencia.
39.500.000 pesos. One big bedroom and one small bedroom. 55 m2. Good closets. Second floor. Nice view. Construction year 1993. Needs cleaning/changing of carpets(maybe need of piso flotante), some paint to the walls etc.Half a block from the police school of Santiago.Parking place in sub.Storage room.Service24 hours, gastos comunes 50.000 pesos. Quiet area, near supermarket,transport. Even for rent 175.000 pesos/month.

My family and I are coming down to Santiago in August and looking for a furnished 2br apartment to rent for a month or longer. Would that be of interest?
