yea, likely time for a new photo. That was just one of the last good photos (taken on a sunny day in NY on my way to Europe some years ago).

Photos of the lake and the theater are on the way. I had been kind of waiting for the weather to improve.

They just had the grand opening of the theater yesterday and it was really spectacular. Classical, jazz, opera concert, and at times all combined on the same stage. People that we were sitting with that have been to the best concert halls all over the World, were blown away by the quality of the sound.

What I liked about that theater is that they did not try to go so big with the size of the theater to pack in as many seats as possible just to make the place pay for itself. Even the cheapest seats in the top balcony are relatively close to the stage (likely closer than many prime seats in bigger halls). There is an intimacy between the spectators and the performers that I have not seen before in a theater of this scale.

We have been in it before days opening. It is true about the size being what it is that will be more beneficial to the attendees, as well as sound performance. We have attended other theaters [such as in Oregon coastal region] which brought reverberations in truer sense. To the contrary, we have attended outdoor theater shows [Olmue] which loses a lot of affect and sound control. Lastly, having a smaller theater also brings on better revenues; that is, when good performances occur, audience attendees desires bring on more attendants. Thus, more attendees calls for additional shows and more revenue.
HECK PS: thanks Charles... for photo update. Try and get your image within the new photo
