I need to register a sociedad anonima here in chile, I've gotten a rut for foreigners, I have bank accounts (not the best experience of my lifetime), and I finally got approval from seremi of salud for one of my products,(Resveratrol), I now need to register a company here, I have a line of natural supplements in the US (small line), and I plan to eventually try to get approval for as many of them as possible to sell in chile, in the "codigos de actividad" there's nothing that specifies either importer or distributor of a foreign product, any pointers guys?, I would like to get "el rubro" of the business and the "codigos de actividad" clear so I can make a decision.

Wow you have actually completed the hardest part with the sermi of salud! and the bank account, the company bit, choose a lawyer (i.e the one mentioned at the bottem of this website), and pay a fee, Im not going to say any numbers but its not tooo bad, and they do it all for you!,

and a warning the second hardest part will getting the product through sag/Customs on a regular basis

yea, I have to second that.

We have had them turn down products that were completely legal over the counter products in the States and Europe to sell because one of the ingredients was over the limit for Chile or simply not allowed.
