I can't believe I've found some people in this world who are capable of understanding this topic so clearly! I love you guys...in a completely brotherly way! I always find it interesting that we get all our vacinations without questioning why, how likely am I to get said disease, etc. does a 6 week old need to start now or can it wait a while. I'm not arguing against vacinations, they work, but do I really need to get the tetanus shot every year...in a place where there have never been cattle...when the chances of contracting the deadly disease if not much greater than winning the US Mega lottery? Just one example of excessive paranoia.

The question being debated has little to do with the fact the intervention is, or is not needed. the question is too often we (individually, as a people, as a govt., as a society) see a problem and decide to fix it before we understand the CAUSE. Once you truly understand the cause, you then need to create THE cure. We can be amazingly good at putting out fires started by an arsonist. We can purchase all the right the equipment, we make everyone have fire extinguishers, fire alarms, fire drills, etc. The fire department and train, practice, get better at takes notes to figure out exactly what chemicals where used to start the fire, etc. But until we catch the arsonist, new fires will continue to burn no matter how prepared, how wonderful firefighters are, how well equipment works, etc. PERIOD! But OH! Our firefighters are so brave! But OH, OH, OH, our firefighters protect us from fires! But OH< OH< OH< OH, our firefighters have us keep all this safetly equipment, they train our kids in schools, they get us prepared for the possiblity of a fire! CATCH THE DAMN ARSONIST. Stop looking for the fire fighters and start by hiring a detective, create a neighborhood watchgroup.

Also, why don't we just take measures in our own hands and clean the food? Stop expecting others to do it. Stop expecting others to do things you are capable of without much extra work.

What a perfect name! My kids call it the green monster They drink it though and it actually tastes pretty good. I have a 10,000RPM, 2+ horse power blender that turns food into a juice form, makes sherbet, sorbet, soups, purees, and washes my clothes.
