Chile Forum

Hi,
I am a new member to the forum as I prepare for a move to Chile from Queensland, Australia with my wife and 9YO boy (15YO staying at home to finish study). I am with a large mining company and will be based in Santiago with frequent trips into Brazil. We have relocated within Australia a bit but this is our first international posting, and this forum looked like an excellent place to start our preparation.

We are all very excited and a bit nervous but every chilean I have met through my work is a thorough gentleman.

Welcome srasf, I'm a - Santiago born - Chilean/Australian living in Brisbane.

Good luck, I'll be there in September for 2 months looking for a property in the south of the country where I want to move back after 22 years abroad.
