First of all I am devastated along with my Chilean wife of the destruction of land, buildings, but most of all the fine people that these eathquakes have caused. I just returned back from my 13th visit to Chile in January and my heart goes out to the fine and resolute people who have lost anything in this natural travesty. I am looking for people in this forum who can tell me how I can be involved with the reconstruction in Chile in ways of wireles telecommunication-towers,highway infrastructure jobs, project management of any kind. I as aforementioned am married to a Chilean citizen so Visa issues are no problems (was married in Chile). I am gainfully and well employed here in the U.S. but would like to take on a contract there for a number of years. Please, if someone could direct me to a foreign or national contractor who could use my services I would be forever grateful. Money is not my motivation ,although a working wage would be helpful. I would like to use my leadership skills ,become more lingual in Spanish, but most of all help the people of Chile who have previously been so cordial and appreciative in my time spent there.
Viva Chile......mucho amore y pura vida
