Non-perishable foodstuffs are needed (rice, spaghetti, oil, salt, coffee, sugar, powdered milk, tea, dried peas / beans...), liquids (sealed bottled water, milk), hygienic products (toothbrushes, sanitary towels, diapers), and good quality clothing and shoes. At some locations mattresses, blankets, sleeping bags, and unexpired medicines.
If you plan to donate clothes, please do not include bikinis, party clothes o Hawaiian shirts. The warehouses should not be overloaded by clothes which are not useful for winter wear. Ideally warm clothes should be donated.
- Falabella and Tottus: Falabella and Tottus are making family packs of CLP5000 available. For each pack bought, they will donate another. The donations go to Caritas.
- Churches – National: Only non-perishable foodstuffs are being accepted (rice, pasta, powdered milk, oil), no clothing nor medicines, in all parishes of the country from 12:00 midday. To find the closest to you, check http://www.iglesia.cl/parroquias/index.php.
- Hogar de Cristo – National Coal, tents, blankets, diapers, powdered milk, and non-perishable foodstuffs are being accepted, no more clothing. These can be donated at all the offices of Hogar de Cristo nationwide, and in Santiago donations are received at Colegio San Ignacio El Bosque (Pocuro 2801, Providencia), as well as the Hogar de Cristo located at Jotabeche 869, at Estación Central. - Red Cross Sanitary articles (soap, shampoo, toothbrushes and toothpaste, toilet paper, new blankets, and diapers are being accepted at present. More food, clothes, and medicine are not required. These can be donated at the warehouses on Seminario 973, Ñuñoa and at Independencia 339, from 09:00 to 22:00.
- FECH – Santiago, centre The Student Federation of the University of Chile (FECH) is accepting non-perishable foodstuffs, winter clothes and and shoes, personal sanitary articles, mattresses and bedclothes. - SOS PUC The Student Federation of the PUC accepts non-perishable foodstuffs, hygiene products, diapers, and bottled drinking water at its campus at San Joaquín / Lo Contador from 09:00 to 21:00. They have too much clothing, the most urgent need is for foodstuffs.
UNIACC – Santiago accepts milk and non-perishable foodstuffs (preferably those which do not need cooking such as energy bars) at Av. Salvador 1200, as well as awnings, tents, diapers, and items of personal hygiene. The university will match all donations of foodstuffs and items of personal hygiene, consequently the best option is for donations of this type. The donations will be used to help villages ignored until now. Donations are accepted until Friday 18:00.
- UMCE located on Av. José Pedro Alessandri accepts non-perishable foodstuffs, milk, diapers, water, items of personal hygiene , and articles for school. This is ideal for residents of Ñuñoa and Macul from 10:00 until 19:00.
- UDD – Santiago, Oriente is collecting blankets, mattresses, non-perishable foodstuffs, and baby articles at the Universidad del Desarrollo de San Carlos de Apoquindo (Avenida La Plaza 680, Las Condes) Donations are accepted from March 1 to March 5 from 10:00 until 20:00. - UCSH – Santiago, Centro is accepting donations until Friday at Carmen 340 from 10:00
- UST the Student Federation of the Universidad Santo Tomás is receiving donations of non-perishable foodstuffs, articles of personal hygiene, clothing and blankets at Avenida Ejército 146 (Metro Los Héroes)

- Puerto Montt all the municipal schools accept donations until March 10. They are collecting water, milk, and diapers. everything collected will be sent to Escuela España (Rengifo 400), the principal collection point.
