Chile's health care system beats the H1N1

Postby admin » Fri Feb 26, 2010 2:09 am

For those that missed it, last year we suffered through the first H1N1 outbreaks in the World. Chile survived. One of the best things the country did was make the antivirals nation wide and free for anyone. Chile's health ministry took a give the antiviral and ask questions later approach, assuming that by the time a test would come back positive it would be too late and valuable time and public resources would be waisted on the test. They told the entire country if you have three symptoms, go to the doctor and the medicine is free. I recall that after the first few weeks they basically modified that to prescribe the drugs to anyone that came through the door with a fever. The government also gave more than a bit of economic incentive to do it by making mandatory doctors notes for days off work easier for anyone to get during the crisis. Obviously, any Chilean who got the sniffles took full advantage of the paid vacation. I don't think anyone in the international media will put that 1+1=100 together when it comes to containing an outbreak. PAY PEOPLE TO STAY HOME!!!!

Well now, the follow up number crunching is proving that it worked:

What scares me is that many "developed" countries are doing the stick their head in the sand and wait, along with the traditional fear of leaving work for sick days will raise your insurance rates, get you canceled, get you fired, and so on. When the second wave comes, I predict everyone is going to look to Chile for what to do and not do.

I think EEUU is in agreement but too early to argue... must say, I'm not at all convinced with this analysis... I was in the UK and involved in some "Pandemic Planning" with my company. The research showed, despite the WHO's declarations, that it was just a 'flu. Normal death rates.

Note a pandemic doesn't talk about the severity of an illness, it talks about it being geographically wide-spread.

If you take care of yourself when you have the 'flu it isn't likely to kill you unless you have underlying health problems (including old age).In fact death rates in the west didn't even approach those of normal seasonal flu.

In fact, now there has been very high level criticism that drug companies pressured the WHO to declare a pandemic (Google it, evidence is there, not me being a conspiracy theorist). It can be argued that the overuse of antivirals (like the overuse of antibiotics) could provoke greater problems in the long run.

Chile's health care system certainly beats the USA. I'm not measuring just by the H1N1, which was a phenomenal response by the government. It absolutely floors me to see Chileans who don't worry about healthcare, have mandatory maternity leave, disability pay....the list goes on and on. I'd put health care under the best about Chile. I hear so many healthcare horror stories in the US from friends and not one from a Chilean. They don't worry about it.

The conclusion I came to after many hours of research about the the New World Order agenda is that the flu pandemic was promoted to enrich the pharmaceutical companies now and inject toxins into as many people as possible for long term side effects that would force people back to doctors years later to buy more drugs and treatments.

Try pasting these terms into a Google search:

Council of Europe investigation World Health Organization "faked" the swine flu pandemic to boost profits for vaccine manufacturers

Baxter Product contained live bird flu virus

Doctors speak out about H1N1 VACCINE DANGERS

False Flag Flu and Vaccine Agenda

Girl Gets "Flu" Shot & Now Can Only Walk Backward

Baxter Bird Flu Scandal

The great swine flu hoax of 2009 is now falling apart at the seams

More than half the children in England taking the swine flu drug Tamiflu suffer side-effects such as nausea, insomnia and nightmares

CDC admits the A (H1N1) Flu was created in a government lab

To get a really fast education about the the agenda of World Government and how the countries of the world are being systematically bankrupted and controlled, listen to the Alex Jones Radio Show for a week or two and do your own research to find out if what he says is true or not.

Sounds great as long as people can choose what treatments they get and are not forced to take treatments or medications such as vaccinations. Governments very often do not make decisions in the best interests of the people since they are very easily persuaded by corporate interests such as pharmaceutical companies who are only interested in more and more mega-profits.

On the other hand, people don’t always make decisions that are in their own or their community’s best interests because they are easily persuaded by rumor, fear mongering, superstition, misinformation and hysteria. Almost never by science. Need to unhook government officials from the clutches of big money, and do a better job educating people.
