Hi guys,

We are trying to set up an IT shop in Santiago, but I have no idea of what the labor costs are.
I sort of have an idea of what the average salary is for a junior tech (300,000 is this right?), but I'd appreciate any information on overall labor costs (contributions by employee/employer, retirement/pension, health insurance, and any other costs or perks you can think about)
