Hi everyone, it's been a long time since I don't check the forums.
So, here's the deal. My beloved first gen iPhone is looking for a new owner since our relationship has been complicated lately; the poor iPhone feels bad because I'm upgrading to a better model.
You can receive it with a squeaky clean firmware (3.1.2) and jailbroken+unlocked to work with any sim. Pair that up with a bolsa de internet from your favorite carrier and you're all set.
It's either that or get it as is with all my private emails and sms (good oportunity to learn some spanish ), a load of apps, hipster-ish tunes, etc. - no, kidding, you only get the first option.

The phone includes the wall charger, adapter to round plug and usb cable. I don't have the box. The screen is perfect with no scratches at all, the back has some scuffs from usage, but overall it's in good condition.
I'm asking 160 lucas for it. If you are in Temuco you can come home and try it before you buy, or we can meet at the mall (I live nearby). If you are from another city I can send it to you via chilexpress, turbus or any other cargo service of your choice. Turbus is cheap and fast, sending the iPhone to Santiago wouldn't cost more than 2 lucas.

Gee mistertk, 160 lucas seems a bit high. At Movistar you can get a 3G for 50 lucas; a 3GS (16gb) from 200 lucas down to 30 lucas; a 3GS (32GB) from 270 lucas down to 100 lucas. These prices are of course with a plan (18 months). I am looking to get a 3GS with the cheapest plan available, especially since I don't use the phone enough to warrant getting the most expensive plan.

Yes, I am aware of that but they all tie you to a plan. I always purchase my phones paying the full price because I prefer not to be tied to any company, so I can rather than paying a 30 lucas a month for the special iPhone plan I can go for a cheap voice+data plan for let's say... 14 lucas (currently at Claro). They won't sell me the iPhone with a non-iphone plan and if I go for a cheap one (because I'm a student I have to pay it with my own money) I'd have to pay a lot for it + 18 months of subscription in order to keep the phone as mine after that, or else I'd have to return it and all the money paid to get it won't serve for anything. If you look at the local mercadolibre or US ebay the price seems within reason, a 3G starts from over 230 lucas here.
