If there are no templates, what about a sample copy of a contract? I'm looking to start a new business, cafeteria. I want to hire a gringo to manage the business, but he does not have a work visa. A basic contract with the necessary details for "Work Subject to Contract" visa would be sufficient.

yea, not going to publish that for a whole pile of legal reasons. Most importantly that those sorts of contracts involving foreigners and work visas, done incorrectly, will land people in a whole mess of trouble with everyone from the IRS, to the labor department, to immigration, and so on. That is one that is sufficiently complicated that you are going to need to hire an attorney to write a custom contract for what you are doing.

Sorry.
