All Chileans Dreams of the Future

Postby eeuunikkeiexpat » Thu Jan 28, 2010 11:25 pm

The title is self-explanatory.

I'll start:

Early during my second year on the coast when the development of a casino/mall/hotel in San Antonio was considered pure and idle speculation, I had a dream of standing on some kind of yacht pier right off of Paseo Bellamar in front of some kind of glass office-type structure and witnessing a huge wave approach.

Forward more than two years later and what do we have today? A glass structure in the form of the center portion of the casino/mall structure and the glass hotel to the side of it sitting in front of Paseo Bellamar facing the ocean. Only thing missing is the yacht pier. If that is ever built in the water in front of this structure, I might seriously have to consider a move inland. :alien:

So apart from forecasting the glass tower casino do you have a history of being accurate in dreams? I ask this from the perspective of one who is just above sea level of course.

I was hoping you had telepathic powers to let me know as soon as the first wave hits and unfortunately cuts the telepathic connection to me here on this high (maybe not high enough) hilltop. :P

I rarely have prophetic dreams so take it with a grain of salt and I do not recall what I was drinking or had for dinner that night. :alien:

Just remember the yacht pier part. I believe only Algarobbo has one in our neck. So if one is built in San Antonio in the caleta presently used by the artesanal fishing boats…

My dreams are very humble. I dream of going fly fishing in the Patagonia just once this year befor the rainy season returns. I don't even have delusions of catching anything.

The good news is it seems the weather is on the same schedule we are this year. So, I still have time. I got a client that is a fly fishing guide in the deep Patagonia on a sat phone right now that is reporting that the season has not even really started because the weather has been so bad way down south. There is still hope then of a gap might develop in our schedule to allow us to run away to a mountain stream somewhere down south for a week.

Big long terms plans, well your looking at kid.
