Duck. Excellent. Place half an apple and half an onion in the body cavity and slow roast. Just before the duck is done, glaze it with a half and half mixture of red current jelly and orange juice and finish cooking.

Okay, I retract the offer for anyone who intends to eat my ducks. When I find the cable for my phone I'm going to upload photos of them looking AMAZINGLY CUTE AND CUDDLY AND INNOCENT and make you all feel bad about wanting to eat them.
