The simple solution:
Put them in the regular mail, enclose them in a double layer of zip lock bags in case it leaks, add the internet printout about what it is from the manufacturer, and that it's OTC, over the counter. The print-outs are available in Spanish also. Mail them from a US post office regular mail. It goes by air anyway since the package is small.
Including the reciept is optional, they seem to ignore it.
I send some over the counter eyedrops to family "Felipe" in Santiago regularly. They are never stopped. Delivery is about 2 weeks, order more before you run out. Only once has aduana opened the package, they must have read my 'handout' and didn't disturb the contents.
One example that comes to mind is "Refresh" which IS expensive in Chile, and it works quite well. It should cost less in Chile!
