I've posted on my blog finds in the Santiago area for Thanksgiving day. I'll be updating it as I collect more:

Any gringos up for a post-thanksgiving beer in Santiago this Friday? I'm sure we can find a way to involve turkey as well.

I wish I could find a deep fryer large enough for a turkey. I miss Thanksgiving in Georgia. The family and I will be attanding our church's Thanksgiving celebration. Since I'm taking Thursday off, I doubt they'll let me go at a decent time on Friday to catch that beer/turkey.

Any suggestions for a 'Thanksgiving' dinner at a restaurant in either Vina or Valpo?

I found a bakery in Vitacura that makes pumpkin pies that are supposed to be great. I ordered one...will see.

I don't know if there are any spots left, but check with the Santiago Community Church. You pay for the turkey, potatoes and pumpkin pie and bring something to share. Google them.
