About 6 months ago, our washing machine broke. My husband had seen something on TV about how a lot of the repair companies/repairmen are not reputable. Supposedly one that was recommended was this place called RCL. I had them come and they replaced the pump. Now, we are having the exact same problem. I called RCL, but they said the warranty was only good for 2 months, so the problem is not covered. I am hesitant to have them come out again, since their repair only lasted 6 months, but the other places don't sound any better. Does anyone know of a reputable repairman?
