Howdy Scotsman,

Congratulations on having gotten your disorganized self to Arica. Sorry to hear of your problems. (I used to chat as sixtyminuteman.) I still have several things to iron out before I can make my journey to be with my intended. And now my weak US dollars have made Chile less of a bargain than it was a few years back. But I am still hoping to disentangle myself soon and take the plunge.

Good luck to ye!
