sorry, I am on trip right now and do not have a lot of time to go in to big detail.
They must by Chilean law give you access to your property. You must compensate them for the easement, but if you can not agree to a price then a judge will determine the fair market value of the easement. We highly recommend given the circumstances that this be a formal easement registered on the title, so you do not get say double charged later for it and it can be sold as a right with your property. Needless to say, pay nothing and sign nothing without an attorney in these situations.
