I hope I’m being overly cynical, but the above post seems to be spam to me. You buy a pre-fab cabin with no plans? If you Google the name of the manufacturer, you can find their website easily.

Especially with the name, "Casas Bozo" -- er, "Bozzo".

GEORGE: Bozo?
ERIC: No.
GEORGE: B-O-Z-O?
ERIC: Sorry, I...
GEORGE: You've never heard of Bozo the Clown?
ERIC: No!
GEORGE: How could you not know who Bozo the Clown is?
ERIC: I don't know, I just don't.
GEORGE: How can you call yourself a clown and not know who Bozo is?
ERIC: Hey, man - what are you hassling me for? This is just a gig, it's not my life. I don't know who Bozo is, what - is he a clown?
GEORGE: Is he a clown? What, are you kidding me!?
ERIC: Well, what is he?
GEORGE: Yes, he's a clown!

nope, not spam, thats the name listed on the wrapping tape.
I got it at an auction from a storage yard on 9 pallets that were fun to transport, and no the website is not active, from here anyway.
Could you post the link if you can get to their site? Thanks.

E-mail the big Kahuna of the company Roberto Bozzo: rbozzo at bozzo.cl.

I hope someday you will be able to access Google where you are, wherever that may be.

Just looked at the site and not 100% certain it is the same entity.

Did find this in the google search and it looks like you may have to have a castellano speaker who can communicate in Chilean call:

Address:

RUTA 68 KM.50
CURACAVI CHILE

Telephone:

0056 - (283) 524

Nothing to lose especially if using Skype.

You might want to comment on the quality and workmanship of the product as these are sore subjects among the gringo and gringo familiar construction folks on this board.

From what I have seen unloading 8 pallets of very heavy wall sections (~400lbs each) all the wood is dry, some kind of fir/pine, and has been put together with a high level of workmanship. Wood single pane windows with storm shutters are well constructed.

It is NOT standard framing construction by US standards and may be difficult getting permitted here in calif. (a major dilemma for me right now). The wall sections appear to be vertical jointed solid lumber (2 x 4 side by side) facing inside and 5 inch log section/siding laminated/glued perpendicular to these vertical boards on the outside. The roof rafters are 12ft each and finish sanded 2 x 5 ish with the exposed ends rounded. This makes for ~ 20 ft wide x 24 ft long (rafters at 2' centers) roof section with a low sloped roof line. The doors came pre -hung both exterior and interior are solid panel wood. The floors are 2 x 8 box beam with solid fir/hardwood strips much like a teak and holly sole of finished yacht. This kit came with some sort of small gas furnace appropriately sized for ~500 sq.ft house.

The biggest caution I would through out is that transporting and loading/unloading these pallets is not an easy job. This required 3 truckloads using a 24 ft. flatbed. It would be difficult to fit in a shipping container much smaller than 8 x 30ft. The pallets are oversized (7.5 x 12ft) so that it requires a good sized forklift with fork extensions or 4 men a good 20hrs labor to get done. My site is in the country so I rented an all terrain forklift, made life much easier.

Id be happy to field any questions once I get going in a few months.
