I am looking for a car for my wife that has automatic tranny.

Contact my friend "El pescado" here in the forum, he is looking to sell his car and buy a truck.

*edit* My friends car is an automatic, I think it is a '98 Peugeot... I rode in it yesterday... is a nice car.

Not too many automatics in Chile. Even the rental car fleet is mostly manual transmission.

I have a 1998 Peugeot 406 that runs great and is the loaded deluxe version. It has a 2.0 motor and automatic transmission with temp gauge. It also has sport or inclimate weather drives. Its outfitted with leather and electric everything....mirrors, seats(w/ 2 memory buttons) windows, DL's and a sunroof. it also has a sony xplode radio with a 10 disc CD changer and a keypad in the dash that requires a code before the engine will start up. At the moment it has 105,000 kilometers on it. The car runs & drives great....I just had the tires balanced and the front end aligned as well as the oil changed. The tranny went out on me a while back and I just got it repaired. It has a 6 month warranty on the tranny.
