Hi,
I'm starting the process of looking for land and have come upon two area. One is an offer from a friend in Chile...the other is from searching the internet.
First one is an offer on a piece of land on Tenglo Island near Puerto Montt. The offer is for a piece of land that in only 256 meters square for 2,500,000. Is that a good offer. I know it's a small piece of land, but the island soon is going to be under tourist development and a bridge will be built going to the island from puerto montt. The land itself is not beach front, but the walk to the beach from it is not even 5 minutes.
The other offer is one I found online that is for a piece of property in an area called the Saltos De Calbuco. The land there would cost 8,000,000 pesos roughly and would be for 5,000 square meters. The property itself has great views of Osorno and Calbuco and Lago Llanquihue.
Which do you think would have the best return? Which is the better offer?
I'm looking for responses soon as I don't want to pass up an opportunity if there is one.
-Mike
