but all the contact info is wrong is it not? Everytime I try to call the number listed is does not work, Is this because I am in US? Also has anyone else dealt with these people?

It was sold. If you look at the page this page that lists the different properties, then you will see SOLD.

I didn't have a problem when I called them from the US last year.

Sorry about that.

First, that house has been sold. I think the confusion stems from that the "SOLD" appears on the intro to the section for that house, but did not get marked on the particular page. If you entered through say a link on Google, I could see how it could be confusing. We will correct that.

As far as I know all of our contact information including phone numbers are currently correct on this site, and all of our other sites. You can contact us through the forum, or any of the contact pages on any of our sites if you are having trouble.

I should warn however some of our published numbers may be changing in the next month or so. All the sites will be updated when that happens however with the new lines are installed. The current numbers are always published on the sites.

Back to the house situation, please give us a call. That is far from the only house for sale, or perhaps even the best house for sale in Southern Chile.

I know that this house is sold, however I noticed that it was being rented out for $450,000clp. I was just wondering if this was an average rent for a house there? I was also wondering if there are a lot of investment properties for sale. Like duplexes or anything like that.

Do you know the going price for a house in Taltal?
