is there any progress going on?

Last time I was in Santiago (early May) our hotel was in the area and the Canadian embasy is right across the street so we saw it a few times. But they had filled the giant hole that was in the ground with structure and they were at about the 5th or 6th storey.

It looks like a fairly interesting project, supposed to be the tallest building in South America (and I think maybe Latin America).
