We want to buy an apartment in Viña this year. Fitrstly it will be a base when we are in Chile..( for about 4 months of the year) and secondly it will be an investment...rent return etc.... Has anybody any experience of this type of property.... which areas to buy, best time to buy, what to expect in rent etc.... Any advice will be really appreciated. Thanks!!!

I have heard for 100 sq meter apartments in new buildings being sold for around 90 million. I know of a 110 sq meter apartment 2 blocks from the beach with ocen view but in an old building going for 75 million. There is about 10 or so buildings under construction now.
