House rental in Valdivia

We need a house rental in Valdivia for the month of May 2008 to May 2009- 2 bedrooms with a safe place for storage, nothing fancy, (a fixer upper or older home will be ok) with internet connection (if all possible) in a good location, preferably furnished. We know a lot about home remodeling and home enhancement. We want a rental with the 3 "B's" BUENO, BONITO Y BARATO. For a direct contact plz email to bruji000@yahoo.com Gracias!

Couple of real estate companies to look at.

We used Izquiredo for our temp rental.
We spent one day looking around, next day to make descion and start paper work.
Then move in on third day.
My recomendation is to stay in a Hotel for a few days and look around then make choice.
If you find something on Internet we can advise on the area it is in, eg, Buses,taxis, safety etc
