Sure, Hotel Paris comes to mind immediately. I missed the Mason's lodge meeting there last month but I understand others were present... and contributed. No?

Tycoons in the century XIX from Santiago and Buenos Aires used to build "palaces" and neigborhoods in a french style, there are many in both cities, obviously argentinians was richer and more so there are much more there, but some can be seen still in Santiago between newer and other humbler buildings.

Palacio Cousiño, Museo de Bellas Artes, old Club de la Unión, Brazil Embassy between others, the neigborhood PAris-Londres streets and PArque Forestal resembled me some spots from Paris, anyway in the old times the similarity was better, now you have to use lots of imagination ;-D
