i filed a complaint at correos.cl site and they wrote back with a letter.

because i'm not happy with the result i wanna write back also with a letter, but unfortunately there is no address in the letter they sent me. only have her name and know that she's the jefa de servicio al cliente. on the tag it says that the letter was sent at sucursal avenida matta...

so anyone knows the exact post address of servicio al cliente de correos? under contact on their website you can only contact them electronically...

that was enough. on the receipt i can see that the employee just added "Comuna: Santiago"...

I found they responded to email! Never found my registered tracked essential documents, but at least they did correspond about it...
