In Korea, I watch a few shows like Stargate Atlantis not long after the broadcast. I use uTorrent to download and used to use Demonoid.com, but they're shut down now. Piratebay.org and isohunt.com are pretty good ones. Do a google search for "best bittorrent sites" and you'll find plenty.

There are increasingly, websites you can watch streaming TV shows, but they're not current ones. Earlier today I was watching some old Star Trek ep's on tvok.com. There are more and more of these types of websites, again do a google search. Hope this helps.
