Re: Help identify my first UFO!

Maybe it's something like this?

"Would YOU take this Italian UFO for a spin? Concept drone seats two people and hits speeds of 120mph"

That depends on your definition. I'm sure there are lots of unidentified things in the sky, that are real. If you mean the ones with aliens inside, you're probably right. But it's still possible.

Maybe a spotlight? If you happen to see it during an earthquake, see if it bounces around at the same time. That could indicate the light source is on the ground.

Re: cost of water rights, and related stuff

It looks like some changes were made in September 2014.

FIJA TEXTO DEL CODIGO DE AGUAS

Should that be the latest legal stuff, or is there more somewhere else?

Re: cost of water rights, and related stuff

Needs confirmation, but I heard last month that water rights in Chile are no more. The state reserves rights to all. I did a little more research, and found these: https://www.chileatiende.gob.cl/fichas/ver/7106 https://www.chileatiende.gob.cl/servicios/ver/AM006 So maybe it is all different now. I...

Re: cost of water rights, and related stuff

I forgot I started this thread (memory is the first thing to go), and I just asked similar questions on a new thread: http://www.allchile.net/chileforum/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=14487&p=172216#p172216 But some of the answers are already here, so I'm switching back to this one. Except now: Needs ...

Re: water rights questions

I started another similar thread back in 2013. So I'm going to switch over to that one:

Re: water rights questions

Needs confirmation, but I heard last month that water rights in Chile are no more. The state reserves rights to all. Seriously? If that's true, do you need some special permission to get water for farming? Or can you just use what you can find? I did a quick search, and found that something might b...

water rights questions

I want to find some land and start growing stuff, and I have some questions about water rights. Right now I'm in Coquimbo, and I might stay here. Or I might move farther south. So I'm trying to understand how water rights work in general. My first question is: If I buy some rights, where can I use t...

Re: savings accounts: cuenta vista vs cuenta ahorra, etc.

Just the differing rules on advance notice for large withdraws and such. That's not a big problem, as long as the rules are reasonable, and there's no hidden small print. Very simple account that doesn't have the caps of a CuentaVista but without the hardship of obtaining one like a Corriente along...
